1. Data controller
The controller of personal data collected on the website syloria.fr is SYLORIA, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) represented by Lucas Baquey, President.
Registered office: 585 route de Marsas, 33620 Laruscade, France.
Contact email for personal-data enquiries: l.baquey@syloria.fr.
2. Data collected
Syloria limits the collection of personal data to information necessary to operate the website and handle enquiries.
The contact form collects the following information:
- first and last name;
- company, if provided;
- business email address;
- enquiry subject;
- message content.
Name, business email address, subject and message are required so that Syloria can handle the enquiry. The company field is optional.
Syloria does not request sensitive data within the meaning of the GDPR through this form. Please do not submit such information in the free-text field.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data submitted through the contact form is used solely to:
- receive and understand your enquiry;
- reply to you;
- discuss a need, project or potential service;
- follow up on exchanges where necessary.
Where an enquiry concerns a potential service or project, processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request. For other enquiries, processing is based on Syloria's legitimate interest in responding to requests and following up on professional exchanges.
Data collected through the form is not used for newsletters or automated prospecting campaigns.
4. Contact form and Brevo
When a form is submitted on the website, the information entered is sent to Syloria using the email-delivery service provided by Brevo. The message is then addressed to l.baquey@syloria.fr.
Brevo acts as a technical processor to deliver the message. Syloria does not automatically create a marketing contact record or newsletter subscription from form data.
Brevo states that the servers on which its databases are processed and stored are located within the European Union.
5. Retention periods
Prospect data, contact enquiries and related exchanges are retained for a maximum of three years from the last contact.
If a contractual relationship begins, some information may be retained longer to meet applicable legal, accounting or contractual obligations.
6. Data recipients
Data is intended for Syloria and is accessible only to those who need it to handle the enquiry. As Syloria is currently a single-person business, enquiries are handled directly by Lucas Baquey.
Data may also be processed by technical providers strictly necessary to operate the website and deliver messages, including:
- Hostinger, for hosting the application;
- Brevo, for sending contact-form messages by email;
- Cloudflare, for form spam protection through Turnstile and aggregated audience measurement through Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.
7. Hosting and security
The website is hosted by Hostinger International Limited, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. The Syloria application is deployed on infrastructure selected in France.
Syloria implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. The website may also generate technical logs necessary for operation, security and error diagnosis.
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. This service analyses technical signals required to detect bots, such as IP addresses and browser and connection information, to limit automated and abusive submissions.
8. Audience measurement and Google Search Console
Syloria uses Google Search Console to monitor the website's visibility in Google search results, including impressions, clicks and SEO performance.
The website also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregated traffic and performance statistics. According to Cloudflare's documentation, this service does not use audience-measurement cookies and does not collect or use visitors' personal data for analytics.
Audience measurement is used solely to understand general website traffic and performance, without advertising tracking or individual profiling.
9. Cookies and trackers
Syloria does not use advertising or marketing cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used without audience-measurement cookies.
Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals and, depending on its configuration, use elements strictly necessary for security and bot detection. Syloria does not use this processing for advertising.
If new trackers requiring consent are added later, the website will be adapted accordingly and this policy updated.
10. Links to third-party services
The website may contain links to Syloria accounts or content on third-party platforms, including LinkedIn, GitHub and YouTube. These services are not currently integrated as embedded players or widgets on the website.
When you click an external link, processing of your data is governed by that service's privacy policy.
11. Your rights
Under applicable data-protection regulations and subject to the conditions they specify, you may exercise the following rights:
- the right to access your data;
- the right to rectification;
- the right to erasure;
- the right to restrict processing;
- the right to object where processing is based on legitimate interests;
- the right to portability where applicable.
To exercise your rights, you may write to l.baquey@syloria.fr. Syloria may request additional information to verify the requester's identity where necessary.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL).
12. Minors
The Syloria website primarily presents professional services and technical content. It is not specifically intended for minors, but they are not prohibited from accessing it.
Syloria does not implement processing specifically intended to collect minors' personal data.
13. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
The Syloria application is deployed on infrastructure selected in France, and Brevo states that its databases are hosted in the European Union.
Some technical providers, including Cloudflare and Hostinger, may nevertheless use sub-processors or infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Where such personal-data transfers are necessary, they must be governed by the mechanisms provided for under applicable regulations, including an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.
14. Changes to this policy
Syloria may update this policy to reflect changes to the website, services used or regulatory obligations. The last-updated date at the top of the page identifies the applicable version.
